Temple Bar is a fantastic spot. It’s the heart of Dublin city centre, just south of the river Liffey. It’s just a few blocks wide and long, but crammed in that area are lots of pubs, restaurants, quirkey shops, and, you guessed it – a handful of massage studios! We’ll obviously be focusing on the massage studios and types which are available in the area and will give a shout out to some of our favourite non-massage places of interest there too!
We had to start with Aladdin Massage because, from our research online and our website traffic, we can say with confidence that Aladdin Massage is genuinely one of Dublin’s most popular massage studios. For full details you can check out Aladdin Massage listing on our Massage Directory, or click the images below. Judging by the map below it’s fair to say that they are the nearest massage studio to Temple Bar Square. As a result, they are very popular with both locals and tourists. They are primarily a Thai Massage studio, and offer their services at very competitive rates.
Bhoga Massage Therapy in Temple Bar
One could argue that Bhoga Massage Therapy is just outside Temple Bar, as it is on Dame Street – however this is easily within walking distance of Temple Bar and is really just the edge of Temple Bar, so we’re mentioning it. Even walking past and looking into the window of Bhoga Massage Studio you’ll get a sense of relaxation. Once inside, you can avail of a variety of massages, and naturally, the benefits associated with them. The location is perfect for tourists as it’s inbetween the Temple Bar, and the attractions of the Southside, such as Trinity College, St. Stephens Green, and Grafton street.
BaanPai Thai Massage in Temple Bar
BaanPai Thai Massage is located in the Eastern part of Temple Bar, easily within walking distance of any attractions within Temple Bar. Their emphasis is on offering a traditional and authentic experience. You’ll see from the photos below that they achieve this – their staff, decor, and techniques are true to the spirit of Thai massage. Their studio is one of the most tranquil you’ll find in the city centre. We have visited their studio and it was incredibly relaxing and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming which makes the experience memorable!
Activities to Compliment A Massage
Well, everybody is different – so you might want to dine before of after your massage. We recommend The Gourmet Burger or Milanos. Don’t get tempted by the fast food – treat yourself to a healthier meal, you deserve it! If you’re looking for a great time in terms of dancing and maybe a drink or two, and of course, the craic, then look no further than the Temple Bar – an essential for a tourist even if it’s just for one drink. As a local I can also recommend Fitzsimmons for a lively night – they have a good nightclub downstairs.
Other Temple Bar Massage Studios
There are a few others offering massage in Temple Bar, including Nirvana Thai Massage, Melt Natural Healing Centre, and Dublin Therapeutic Massage Clinic. See our full listings in the area for more options, and also to see what else is nearby.
